FH and I got signed up a 24 hour fitness Monday and I've gone twice this week to exercise (once Sunday on a free pass and last night). I managed to do 21 mins each time one the eliptical trainer, four sets of 20 on the ab machine(uhg, that was rough), 25 reps of 20 pounds each on two of the leg machines, and 25 reps of 30 lbs on two of the arms machines and 15 at 10 lbs and 10 at 15lbs on the tricep machine. I'm pretty proud of myself since I forgot my headphones and only had the crappy quiet gym music and my own mind to keep me motivated. I'm going to try to keep this up at least four times a week and see where it gets me. I should figure out some little reward if I meet my goal... suggestions?
