Hi! I'm new. I'm getting married this summer, and I'm trying to lose a little weight by then. Losing 10-15 pounds would be nice, and I think that's a pretty reasonable goal. I have a membership at Curves, but I haven't been working out as often as I should. I plan to change that this week. If anyone has any tips and/or encouragement I would love to hear it.
