Hi! I'm new. I'm getting married this summer, and I'm trying to lose a little weight by then. Losing 10-15 pounds would be nice, and I think that's a pretty reasonable goal. I have a membership at Curves, but I haven't been working out as often as I should. I plan to change that this week. If anyone has any tips and/or encouragement I would love to hear it. I did Curves for 3 months and quit-then got a membership to the YMCA! So far I've only lost about 5 pounds give or take....but hey it was the holiday season that I started working out! My muscles definitly are getting shaplier than before!

GO YOU FOR COMMITTING YOURSELF TO GETTING FIT! It does take time and can become rather obsessive at first, but you really do feel much better! Keep up the good work and positive attitude!
