Since I am a college student I get 3 months of Curves service for $99! So I signed up!
They take your measurements, get your body fat percentage from your first weigh in. Then every week you have it checked to see if you've made progress.
I have my first work out session tomorrow afternoon! You go to so many stations for 30 minutes with a trainer the first time around, then after that you can come in anytime of the week, up to 6 days a week. They recommend that you come in 3 times a week in order to see results. I have a feeling I will be going 5 days a week to get my money's worth! :) Hopefully I just stay motivated to do it! For 30 minutes a day it shouldn't be too rough!
